Virtual learning has parents more engaged in their child’s school work. I came across a video on Instagram of a parent “checking” a teacher after she told her daughters class George Floyd should not be honored.

The mother wasn’t rude as she could have been but question if the topic the teacher was having with her class appropriate. Of course the teacher was a white female. The mother informed the teacher her child would be leaving her zoom class after hearing her remarks. She told the teacher she could speak to her after her class…. was the mother wrong?
