President Trump Tested Positive for COVID-19

Prayers are in order for President Trump and his wife Melania who has tested positive for Coronavirus. Thursday late at night President Trump tweeted he had tested positive for COVID. This came after Hope Hicks a White House employee tested positive as well.

Trump says they’ll start quarantine immediately. With the election weeks away this puts a strain on any future debates. This past Tuesday was the first Presidential Debate. Many Americans watched Trump and Joe go head to head or bicker on multiple different topics, such as the economy, Global warming, Violence and Racist issues.

We looked forward to the next debate to gain some clarity from each candidate’s and their agenda for each topic.

The New York Times says “for months Trump has played down the seriousness of the virus and hours earlier on Thursday night told an audience that “the end of the pandemic is in sight,”

Since he has to quarantine in the White House for an unspecified period of time. “It’s forcing him to withdraw at least temporarily from the campaign trail only 32 days before the election on Nov. 3”. Leaving many Americans unsure who they’ll vote for this November.

We’ll keep them both in our prayers and I’ll keep you updated.
